How It Works

REQUEST A QUOTE
Submit your event date, location, rental items, quantities, and requested services through our Request a Quote form.

REVIEW YOUR QUOTE
Review your rental items, pricing, delivery, pickup, and setup details. Quotes are valid for 3 days.

RESERVE YOUR DATE
Sign the Rental Agreement and pay the required 20% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your reservation.

CONFIRM & PAY
Confirm your final order details and pay the remaining balance at least 3 days before delivery. A $50 refundable security deposit is required before receiving your rental items.

RECEIVE YOUR RENTALS
Receive your rental items through scheduled delivery or customer pickup. Inspect and confirm your items upon receipt. Customer pickup addresses are provided after booking and payment confirmation.

RETURN OR SCHEDULED PICKUP
Return your rental items by 12:00 PM on the agreed return date, or have them ready for scheduled company pickup between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

INSPECTION & SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND
Once all rental items are returned clean, complete, and undamaged, your $50 refundable security deposit will be returned after inspection.
